1.Why is omax3® better than all the other "fish oils?"
Omax3® has Pharmaceutical-grade Purity
Most Fish Oil supplements contain things you could do without, like unwanted Omega-6 fatty acids, and toxins like mercury, lead and PCB's commonly found in fish.
Not Omax3® . Omax3® contains no "fillers" or contaminants and only trace amounts of unwanted Omega 6 fatty acids.
Omax3® Ultra-Pure™ is concentrated and purified to provide you with the maximum amount of Omega 3's available in an easy to swallow soft gel.
What's more is that the Omax3® formula has been optimized to provide maximum support against harmful over active inflammation reactions within the body.
Other fish oil products including Krill Oil do not provide the Omax3®patented formula.
Omax3 contains 5x the Omega 3 than the leading brand of Krill oil in an easy to swallow softgel!
2. What are the benefits I should expect from taking omax3® ?
Omega-3 fatty acids have been studied in thousands of clinical trials and shown to provide significant health benefits.
In a Clinical Study*, along with a proper diet, Omax3® Ultra-Pure™:
Omax3 has also been shown to support brain function, including the areas of the brain responsible for regulating Mood.
What's more, Omax3® patented formula is uniquely suited to provide maximum support against harmful over active inflammation reactions within the body. This is especially beneficial in areas of joint and eye health.
3. How quickly can I expect to see any benefits from taking omax3?
A study found that along with a proper diet, taking two omax3® Ultra-Pure™ softgels daily for 3 months resulted in a reduction in:1*
Omega-3 fatty acids are considered "essential" fatty acids (EFAs). They are necessary to human health but cannot be produced by the body. The two major health promoting omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). EPA and DHA are found in certain cold-water fish, such as sardines, anchovies, salmon, tuna, and mackerel.
5. What about other omegas such as omega-6,?
I see them in other products. Why doesn't omax3 contain them? The modern, “Western,” diet already contains way too much omega-6, which are generally recognized as “pro-inflammatory.” The essential fatty acid we typically do not get enough of in our diet is omega-3. That is why omax3 contains such a high concentration of pure omega-3.
6. What about Krill Oil? Isn't that better?
Omax3 contains 5x the amount of Omega3 EPA and DHA as Krill Oil. Omax3 is well tolerated due to its high level of purification. It comes in easy to swallow soft gels.
7. How much Omax3 should I take and when should I take it?
For adults, take two softgels per day, preferable with a meal. Consult with your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing a child, suspect a medical condition or are taking prescription drugs. Omax3 is not intended for use by children under the age of 12 without the supervision of a healthcare professional.
8. Are there any side effects?
The FDA recognizes omega-3 as safe up to 3 grams daily, and clinical trials consistently report no or mild side effects from omega-3 supplementation.
9. Can children take Omax3?
Children under the age of 12 should not take omax3 unless directed by, and under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Please consult with your healthcare professional before use if you suspect a medical condition or are taking prescription drugs.
10.What type of fish does omax3 come from and how can I be sure it is not contaminated with mercury or other pollutants?
Omax3 ingredients: Omega-3 acid ethyl esters (from purified fish oil from anchovies and sardines), capsule (certified Kosher gelatin, glycerin).
Omax3's exceptional purity is a result of double molecular distillation – a process that takes place in a vacuum and uses low heat and special enzymes to get rid of unhealthy saturated fats and toxins, such as mercury, lead, and PCBs commonly found in fish.
We have two certificates of analysis for each batch assuring purity and concentration.
11.I have been told that I should be taking a triglyceride form of omega 3. Is Omax a triglyceride ("TG") form of omega-3?
Omax3 has the highest purity and concentration of omega-3 poly-unsaturated fatty acid available. All omega 3 compounds are ester compounds. There is no evidence suggesting that triglyceride or ethyl ester forms are superior to one another. What is true is that ethyl esters can be concentrated to a much higher degree than triglyceride forms yielding significantly higher levels of omega-3 per dose. Manufacturers with less expensive triglyceride formulations allow for high levels of unwanted omega-6's as well as other saturated fats in their products and have no scientific support for claiming greater effectiveness of their formulation.
12.Will Omax3 interfere with other medication I am taking?
If you are taking prescription drugs, consult with you healthcare professional before use.
